After hearing about RMI from multiple people, I was excited to apply for the position and see what the Pacific Northwest guiding was all about. Little did I realize the opportunities and fulfillment it would bring. I was looking for a company that would push my growth in leadership and climbing. After my first season, I was sure I made the right move by joining a company that provided unparalleled opportunities for personal and professional growth. I was passionate about climbing and getting excited about starting a new journey of guiding. I soon realized that RMI was not just a job; but an opportunity that fostered leadership, development, and provoked continuous adventure.
What keeps me coming back to RMI every summer is their commitment to safety and quality. Since guiding for RMI I've gained access to some of the most rewarding guiding opportunities, including expeditions on Denali, and volcanoes down in Mexico.
