Dylan Anderson
Dylan grew up in Ogden, Utah nestled at the heart of the Wasatch Mountains. He spent much of his youth backpacking across Utah and Montana and as a competitive alpine ski racer. During his time at university, he gravitated away from D1 track and field into mountain sports while beginning a career in research studying watershed science and ecology. He later became a Trip Leader and Backcountry Ski Trainer for his university’s outdoor program where he was introduced to the world of guiding on snow and rock.
Dylan has spent the last several years working in the Sierra Nevada’s as an aquatic biologist tech monitoring endangered species in high-alpine environments. He spends his off-season rock climbing, mountain biking, and ski mountaineering while working as a Snow Safety Professional at Powder Mountain Ski Resort in Utah.
